Okay this is a very good one!

The only thing that springs to mind is the movie Bad Taste, because I remember there being a lot of countryside and by the looks of this picture, this movie was made in the 80s or possibly 90s. (although I'm probably completely wrong!)

I think some clues are in order. It's a British film made in the latter half of the 20th Century. It is set in reality, but in a different decade to the one it was made.
