If I had to guess, I’d say the only copy currently listed online (which can be found in Coventry - Hertford St) probably has a reprinted cover, which they no longer sell in online orders. I had the same issue with them with One Piece Film Z; I finally acquired a copy from them but it took ages.

That was one of the thoughts I had too, but I’m not inclined to make a pilgrimage to Coventry to find out.
I’m no CEX expert, but I think that policy has been in place for years if not decades. And seeing as their terms state “we do not buy unboxed Optical Media (DVDs, Games, Blu-rays, CDs etc.).”, I’d have to wonder how that would be the case with a release less than 5 years old.

Regardless of the fact I was wondering similar; they just cancel it without reason each time. So I just moved on to treating it as a low effort (on my part) attempt to teach / encourage some kind of improvement or sense while waiting for this DOTW! Completely in vain I guess.
 
@MVM can I ask you rethink your use of A4 bubble mailers for packing multiple “standard” cases?
I’ve now had at least five shipments in a row where at least one case has suffered damage or cracks, and I’m simply going to run out of replacements if this keeps up.

I think it wasn’t previously such a problem simply because there wasn’t the encouragement/need to pad out the order to make the free shipping threshold: It seems one or two cases in a jiffy are usually fine, but three in a longer packet incurs the wrath of RM. As if to support this, a “split” order (due to a CE) had no such issues with the smaller “standard” jiffy delivery.

Well they wont post friday afternnoon.as ive never know them to anyway,saturday and sunday they dont work. Recently its been the wednesday or thursday they ship

Please note we order in an initial amount of stock beforehand with new deals, then order again on Monday after counting weekend orders. Stock takes two days to reach us and depending on when it arrives we usually get orders shipped Wednesday afternoon/Thursday.

In this instance, stock arrived late yesterday and I'm working through them today. All being well you should receive it by Saturday.
