They did with my international orders...Do @MVM normally split orders into 2 parcels?order 5 from the site on 24th and i got despatch on the 1st,near a week after ordering and today go a delivery but only 3 in the box?,i have emailed about it just now but not sure how they operate as i normally just order 1 or 2 and not 5

I've likely missed discussions, if any have been had, on this but are there any plans for MVM to release any of the Rascal series after their season 1 version? Not especially keen on finding and then forking out for the US versions if it can be avoidedAoA set for Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus.

I was personally away all last week, so more than likely the manager just simply forgot to send a message and explain. I replied to your email message as stated yesterday and am still waiting for the dispute to be cancelled so a partial refund can be applied accordingly.Sorry bad weekend
But surely if someone has ordered something and thej they get a despatch confirmation for it,then they would expect to get it?or email before despatch stating it was out of stock?

Pre-ordered the collector's edition during All the Anime's Easter sale but it hasn't been dispatched yet which I'm assuming is due to a delay in them getting stock because of the printing error on the cover?
