Do @MVM normally split orders into 2 parcels?order 5 from the site on 24th and i got despatch on the 1st,near a week after ordering and today go a delivery but only 3 in the box?,i have emailed about it just now but not sure how they operate as i normally just order 1 or 2 and not 5

They did with my international orders...
One order split in three, meaning three times the extra 6€ postal import fee instead of one time.
 
I'm pretty sure you can ask them to send it in one package if you contact them. Iinm some of the US based forum members do this.
I tried that with my next order by adding it in comment field while ordering but that didn't work either... maybe if I ever order again from MVM I send an extra e-mail too.
But I rarely oder from them anymore since they do not use / support IOSS. So I need pay taxes (+ fees) for anything over 20€ and need to go to the post office for that most of the time.
Really wish they would offer IOSS but I guess they have too few international customers for that.

We've emailed you back on your email query. As you emailed on the bank holiday weekend, we would have appreciated you waiting for us to respond before creating a case dispute at the same time.

But surely if someone has ordered something and thej they get a despatch confirmation for it,then they would expect to get it?or email before despatch stating it was out of stock?

I was personally away all last week, so more than likely the manager just simply forgot to send a message and explain. I replied to your email message as stated yesterday and am still waiting for the dispute to be cancelled so a partial refund can be applied accordingly.
 
Not sure whether to ask in here or the Anime Limited thread but what's the current status with Lycoris Recoil?
Pre-ordered the collector's edition during All the Anime's Easter sale but it hasn't been dispatched yet which I'm assuming is due to a delay in them getting stock because of the printing error on the cover?

We've been informed the new version will be in stock next week, so should start shipping anytime after that - apologies on the delays!
