UK Anime Distributor MVM Entertainment Discussion Thread

I’m pretty sure I’ve got KK as some discounted cheapie in my to-watch pile (so I’m assuming this to be a reissue).
I should intend to get round to watching it before the CE comes out, I suppose!
It does beg the question of if there are going to be any differences with the new release? Extras? Encoding? Something needed fixing?

Season 2 will be the same as our initial release. We'll be releasing Season 1 as a standard BD as that was never done originally, alongside the CE which will be the usual artbox, cards etc. We're planning to have both release on the same day.

I guess that’s why I haven’t yet got round to watching it. I have a need to watch S1 before S2, but I don’t possess that.
It looks like there was a DVD (only) release of S1 so the S2 availability isn’t as illogical as it first appeared, but I imagine S2 must have been a bit of a hard sell split across formats in this way.
