mistakes made in anime - english dubs and story

i too have found mistakes on and in dvds-
if you look on dvd of 1-1 and 2-1 of naruto you'll see that the title says unleased instead of unleashed and in 3-1 look in the dvd case and the episode list isn't inside it like the others

rock lee you see between his legs just under near his crotch area on the grass i saw the words *B G then some chinese characters*
i dont know what the characters mean or what the B AND G stand for.
just have a look
