Scifier have 10% off Kodansha manga and I've tried using the code which is KODANSHA to buy some of the Cardcaptor Sakura Hardback Collector's Editions, but the code was rejected when I entered it (while I don't know the code to be single use I will also note that this would be my first time using it), has anyone else tried it and did it work or if it didn't initially did you figure out a way to get it to work? I tried the code both while logged out and logged in to my account, so I don't think that is what's causing the issue. I suppose it might be that it is only usable for paperback singles and not for boxsets or hardbacks but that isn't mentioned in the email nor does it say anything like full price products only (as in if it's already discounted individually then it wouldn't get additional discounts), it doesn't mention a limit on how much money you can get discounted either so I don't think it's to do with me placing an order of a relatively high monetary value, so yeah I really have no idea why it's not working. Sorry if that was too much detail btw I just figured it was better to help others troubleshoot effectively by narrowing down what the issue could potentially be, would appreciate any help anyone can offer 
EDIT: I also checked and see no indicator that's it's in stock products only, so it should apply to titles that would take a bit longer for them to order in as well, and all the volumes I attempted to buy are released already, no pre-order titles are included in it
