Licence wish list

Is this supposed to be a wish-list specifically for Beez to licence, or anime to be licenced to reach these shores in general? ...
On this thread anything goes, on the Beez thread while it would probably be better to suggest ones Beez are more likely to accept (but i'd put everything down just in case).

In that case my wish-list (shortened version) for UK licences, or UK broadcast, would be:

Bleach, Case Closed, Hunter x Hunter, Gundam X, Gravitation, Hikaru no Go, Weiss Kreuz, and I'll leave it at that for now.

Also, although it is probably (still) licenced but is in limbo, the completed Yu Yu Hakusho, likewise Card Captors Sakura

Zipang, for the love of god, and where the hell is the manga? And while you're there, Adolf by Tezuka.

Thank you.

Zipang is already licensed for the American market as far as i'm aware, i don't think it's been released as R2 just yet.

Been a while since this has been updated got a few more
Legend of Galactic Heroes- Okay so chances are lower than a 5 yr old chav's sense of humour that ANYONE will pick up tis 110 episode long text heavy OVA or it's six movies. But a guy can dream can't he.
Full Metal Panic- The Second Raid- Apparently teh more serious of the FMP sequels. Saw the first episode free off an American magazine and been waiting for it since.
Daughter of Twenty Faces
Xam'd
Sword of a Stranger - (picking up a pattern yet?)
Put a thread on the Manga board, and the one on the Beez board got made a sticky. But for the love of dog post on them.

Your wish has been granted - hence why it's popping up all over the place at festivals and soon at a screen near you!

Festival screenings don't happen by themselves 9 times out of 10!

Would kill for Rose of Versailles. I know only about three people would buy it but I'd buy it multiple times if that helps!

I want to see Lucky Star and Sgt Frog in the UK. And the Kanon remake (if only for Ayu's "uguu").
Sgt. Frog's already licensed over here. ADV have it.

Once it starts getting released in America we shouldn't be too far behind at all. (gotta wait for them to finish the dubbing I guess)
I wouln't hold your breath for Gunsou. It's been two (going on three) years already and the only thing we have to show for it is test footage from Funimation of a version that might not even be palitable to our tastes.

Easy, one piece. I haven't watched the anime yet, but if it was licensed by manga ent. then I'd definietly pick it up. Also, welcome to the n.h.k.

I'd love to see that as well. Althought, I don't think it's likely to be released.

Scrapped princess

And again.

Yu Yu Hakusho
My absolute favorite anime (does sometimes interchange with DBZ though, lol). True, I already own an American release of it, but I would buy it again if it were released reasonably.

That's what I call supporting your favourite series !! I don't like the ending of the anime / manga though. something is lacking, if you know what I mean =)

I'm hoping Fate/Stay Night gets released in region 2 format here, it was a good series plus the fact that Saber is my all time favourite heroine :)

this ^^ I've been longing for it to get released even before i saw it :p though Saber is only my 2nd favourite Heroine, i can't replace Arcuied afterall... (after i saw Tsukihime i learnt of Fate Stay Night) In fact for a while i hoped that MVM would announce it, but they never did.

As for other series well i wish someone released GaoGaiGar FINAL, it was an excellent OVA and a good way to cap off the series, and probably the Brave series as a whole. I wouldn't even care if Media Blasters released it in a no thrills, sub only box set, like the later GaoGaiGar boxset they did.

Sarcastic, me? NEVER!!

Anyway, just joking man. I can relate to loving something so much you want have anything related to it. A few years ago, I've ended up with both single and TBP volumes of gunsmith cats and oh my goddess. On top of that, I've bought the japanese GSC to compare what was censored / removed from the american version. I had the Love Hina back home, but I've ended up buying me a second copy just to be able to re-read it.
