it's that time of year again :(

Yeh I know the feeling, I am on a constant feed of pills now to ease the pain... though lets face it nothing is quite good enough!

Yeah :/

Have woke up with a blocked nose the past few days, gone to work and turned into a tissue sniffer.

I'm with you on that one. LUCKILY it only lasted 2 days, but one of those was supposed to be a night out... Ah God, just being in this thread and thinking about it is making my eyes water ;_;

*flies away*

I've never been one to say I have the fever, but last year I recall being particularly awful (yet I still never blamed the hay) so I'm going to wait and see how my body takes to the weather this year. So far I've spent the majority of the year with some form of cold so its not looking good.

I ordinarily suffer hayfever, especially living in Norfolk with all that lovely rapeseed around. Luckily, I'm currently in West Africa until October. I won't suffer ANY hayfever this year, yay! (+10) Still at risk from malaria though. (-15)

I thought you could get a vaccine shot for malaria... I think I did when I visited the jungle.

Also, mind if I ask where are you in Western Africa? And what you're doing? Sorry for being nosy, but I'm too curious.

Yes, I also concur with chaos in wanting to know what your reasons for being in West Africa and I also apologise for being nosy. But hey, if you don't ask, you'll never know.

As for hay fever, I've never suffered from it, but I've experienced summers in the past where people have fallen by the wayside in some sort of pollen-driven apolcalypse. In such cases I feel like Florence Nightingale, tending to the wounded and those with running noses.

It was terrible for me yesterday... And in a bakery, that's not good, since I had to run out the section and wash my hands every 10 mins... TT_TT

Boots 7day box's of hayfever tablets are my new best friends. they contain something that actually works for my hayfever, i also cleaned my fan lastnight (that might also have something to do with it lol) but today i've had no problems really :)
