Howls Moving Castle and Pokemon 4Ever on BBC2

Howls Moving Castle was on yesterday and no-one posted it. What's worse, it's not on iPlayer either :(
But Pokemon 4Ever is on Friday 12:30pm, BBC2 which is unusual...
 
I love how these things are promoted on terrestrial tele. I watch BBC 2 a lot, but never knew about this. Guess I wasn't watching enough then. :roll:

They didn't put 'anime' or 'ghibli' in the description. So all my filters missed it...
 
Idea for the day:
If a live-action adaptation of Pokémon were made, it'd appear to be a somewhat egotistic interpretation of Noah's Arc. Of course, under such an interpretation Noah would be a member of an exotic bloodsport circle.
 
Earthsea is an interesting case - it's based on a series of Western fantasy novels by Ursula K. LeGuin, isn't it?

I'd love to see more anime spinning out of Western properties. Not, like, loads more, but the odd one here and there.

It is. And Howl's Moving Castle is based on a book by a British author, Diana Wynne Jones. And Ghibli's next movie is based on The Borrowers.

Tales From Earthsea was shown at 12.50am on FILM4 last night/today Subbed, and it was excellent imo.

I'll try and catch Pokemon 4Ever on friday, if only for the lolz, havent watched Pokemon in ages!
