Indeed. I always feel like an atypical female anime viewer as I really don't understand the fangirl fascination with Yaoi/BL/fluffy shoujo shows with lots of slice of life. My exception is classic shoujo shows such as Oniisama e, Glass no Kamen and of course Sailor Moon!

As for Hetalia, I think I'll avoid these popular country personifications for the time being. :wink:

Given the fact that it's just published its fifth manga volume, and that there are still plenty of countries that have not yet appeared, I'd say there is still plenty to cover.

Well, the author is doing other projects at the same time. Hidekaz Himaruya also on a more sotry-based manga series called Chibisan Date.
