Genshiken Season 2

Agreed he is a great lil side character but I am definately glad he doesn't have a more major role as I think his over 'enthusiasm' would kinda spoil the series

Nothing concrete only random threads about it on the net, but they kinda have to do something to end the anime with the manga as there is one really good story still to come when they go on there summer trip

Just finished watching the second series. Although I enjoyed it, I think I kinda preferred the first, but am glad of the way things turned out. I really do hope they continue this and next week I will probably buy the manga.

Yeah first season does feel better, definately worth collecting the mangas, just to see what happens next

Do good things happen after second series? Cause im thinking whether or not they will have enough material to come up with a third season.
 
Yeah there are two more volumes to go, (only 9 volumes in total in the manga), not sure it would spread to a new series as it covers the summer away at a spa training camp and another big con, Sasahara finally getting a job and of course a certain couple finally getting together. Would probably work better as 3 OVA episodes.

Related sort of. Just going through up coming R1 releases for my pre-orders and found Kujibiki Unbalance V.01 scheduled for the end of April.

Tried watching Kujibiki Unbalance, as you get the first episode with season 1 of genshiken but I think yopu need more that one episode to get into it

I think you actually get 3 episodes one per disc.

Just finished episode 9 and it was pretty well done.
It's the one with the blonde kids girlfriend and the new chairman in the meeting room and she's reading manga.
