Does anyone even use profile commenting?

No really - Do they? Because I've browsed a few and activity died early November, hardly of any use, at all, is it just another nice [yet not needed] feature Paul added in which goes without use?

Well to be perfect honest I've never even used the profiles but I wasn't all for a shoutbox in the first place.

I never used it, really.
It's one of those things that were fun for a while, but passed by. And I guess everyone uses MSN anyway, so why use a shoutbox?

I never understood this fascination with MySpace [And other social networking websites] as well, It takes longer to comment or message than it does to IM. So why in hell use it?. I find it pathetic.

I don't use it very often, but I think it's definitely a nice feature! I think it would used more often if your username linked directly to your AUKN profile.

More people should fill out all the questions and the top 10, too - they're fun to read!

There is a link below each person's avatar that links to the profile, much like there was originally so its not to hard to access.
But yeah i agree with the idea of more people filling the questionaires out and top 10, a lot of people wanted the public profiles back so they could fill it out and so on, but i don't think that many people really have filled them out. As for the messaging bit, i don't mind it, i never expect to get any messages anyways but its a decent enough feature.

Leaving comments on people's profiles isn't really my thing. I know the feature's there but it's just not my style of communicating with people. I do like the profiles though, they're quite informative when you want to see what style of anime/manga someone generally finds most entertaining, this helps when you want to recommend a series to someone and can use their profile as a guideline.
