From what I've seen... No, a tad bit of nudity but that's self censored

And I'm sure they're not Japanese, they seem American, but with staples of Japanese culture in place, it's strange
 
Well Persona 3 is set in a (fictional?) Japanese city is it not? and Vincent is an NPC you can meet in P3 (think he's in the bar or one of the restaurants/cafe's), although visually they are very Americanised compared to Mitsuru, Yukari and co.
 
I don't think there's sex in it, but it is a highly sexual game which is about sex and romance and the like so it definitely plays a part. Plus it's being developed by the creators of a game which features a dick chariot (Mara from P3, google if you dare)
