I'm getting this frequently as well. Whilst it isn't a big of a issue, but it is extremely annoying -_- If I see another one, then I'm punching the screen.
 
I had a different one earlier on, something like "Message_Die() needs to be called" But i would say that work is being done on it giving there was a message after that part saying "This shouldn't happen" :?
 
someone needs to do this......oh paul the admin person!!!!! were calling out to you sat on your hidden status cloud to ask for help with this problem.

I've started looking into it. I'll probably have to raise a support ticket with our hosting company and take it from there. Seems to be a problem with the MySQL server, as it's not only effecting the forums, but the main site and everything else hosted on AUKN.
