Cowboy Bebop the Movie: Knockin on Heaven's Door heads to UK Cinemas this September 2018

Why always Showcase, I thought Sony doing it may get more (But Sony doing screenings is hope for MHA!!!)
Also they are showing in Australia atm so does raise credit to the MHA idea

At first I was pretty excited to read this, a friend of mine has been refused to continue with Bebop until he saw the movie at the 'oint it fits into the serie.

Buuuut...

No dub, last anime in the world I'd expect not to be shown with it.

Aaasnd its not even in my town anyway.

Well the that was a nice 15 seconds of joy.

Because you can't put a 26 episode anime in cinemas.

The Quad Cinema in New York did screen it in its entirety back in April. It’s probably a similar total runtime to, say, a Lord of the Rings marathon. It would be financial suicide on wide release but I could see special one-off screenings doing well in London, Glasgow etc
