12081 i'm good thanks, things you've missed...well i failed to get onto the fellowship, reason being the work was good (they were impressed with how much we'd improved since the last application) but they felt we just weren't there yet, Since then we've put together a new business plan that we hope to test in the comming month and our name has been passed around a lot so everyone knows us now (and that's a good thing)
 
12082 - Tough break on the fellowship, but like you've said, word of mouth is getting along, so business should pick up. :)

12086 - Well, as rule of thumb, all good fans/otaku have to see numerous well-known/legendary animes, and CCS was the main show that CLAMP made that shot its company into the mainstream. (Since it's shows were broadcasted in UK TV at one time, plus the amount of merch and how many seasons it went though.) There were issues with the english dub... It was shite! And the characters had changed totally, in names and personality (i.e. Tomoyo was Madaline, and instead of the softcore lesbian in the japanese version, she totally acted all american girl "like!")
So my bro got the Jap/subbed version and it was quite the entertaining show.

But it's not just CCS, things like Pokemon, GITS, Slayers etc. These, as far as I'm concerned are legendary and must see.
 
12087 true :p It is one of those things you should of seen even if it was just a liitle bit. Though i've seen a lot of those must see lists and there are some which i don't quite agree with, like the one with the original Hellsing on it

I'm very pleased with how quiet it's been today in comaprison to last week. Last week was hell on Earth. Crap week indeed. This thread was pritty dead too. More than it used to be anyway.

EDIT/ Wow that post was way behind lol. I've seen most of those but I guess CCS was never a big one that stood out to me. Infact your the first person ever to push it on me.

12097 a bit quick of the mark there Voddas :wink: as for the list Akira and Ghost in the Shell are proabbly still safely on there...well i think Ghost in the Shell is at least. Gundam should be represented on there but Seed and Seed Destiny don't deserve to go on the list :/ What Shouen Show do you reckon would be put on?
 
12100 - .hack, Hellsing (sorry mate) and Oh! My Goddess! are also some I'd put on Legends.
I wouldn't put things like Club-to-Death Angel Dokuro-chan (YEAH! I used the better name!) and Shuffle! on, even though I like them both.

Yeah, definately those 3 Voddas. NGE as well. I need to see Trigun... want to badly!!!

Club to death Angel is an awesome series but I wouldn't rank it in the same catagory as Legendary. Ninja Scroll would be up there like. As would Fist of the North Star.

I'm just listing the greats like. (Which I thought the point was).
