My first order with them for a Steins;Gate T-Shirt arrived swiftly, I then placed an order for a second Steins;Gate T-Shirt and the Lab Member Edition (as at the time the El Psy Kongroo Edition was out of stock) on the 21st September, which never arrived.
I didn't hear anything from them for over two weeks, but they emailed me back a few days ago to say they posted out a replacement. Let's hope this one arrives lol
