heh the Chrono Numbers reminded me of the Turks in FF7. Also a lot of the characters looked like king of fighters characters, its the kind of anime they could actually turn into a really good 2d fighting game.

There are similarities between Black Cat and Get Backers anime wise, it has most of the Get Backers VA's and some of the characters have similar powers e.g

Charden's Tao power/ Akabane's Blood power

Sven future eye/ Fodu's future sight

Himiko's flame perfume/ Flame girl's powers (Can't remember her name)

There are more, but I can't remember them all hehe
 
The guy who always wants coffee is the funny one, didn't like the girl who blows fire. But I suppose an anime isn't complete with at least one stupid character :p
