Best genre for games

Okay people, wots the greatest gaming genre.
Ohh and i think that Kindom Hearts sucks, just because disney was part of it!
 
The best genre for me most be FPS because it's the only one i'm good at and WWE games. I like DOA and Budikai but not that good at them. But i must argee KH sucks.
 
..i will ignore that comment on KH..i like it even if you do not...disney is not bad either...erm..lets see...i think RPG's usually make for great games, Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time and the FF series for example :D ..DOA, Soul Calibur are great beat-em-up games. As for FPS games, they're great to...like Timesplitters..there is a lot of genres i like..some i don't..but there is usually the odd one from each genre i like
 
Those are some fine choices but, you might not agree, the FF series have been getting worst sine 8. time splitters is a very good choice, You have a good choice in games :D thank you for your response :D :D :D

i should know whats what, i been gaming for a good 14 years :p ...erm..ah..yeah..also i would like to add the Prince of Persia series..the newest one that is, as it has become very good. Also SSBM, good beat-em-up and multiplayer fun(won't beat me here)

Personally I prefer RPGs because I love a good storyline. MMORPGs are great - the only games in the world where you can climb up a virtual mountain and expect to see a virtual view! :wink:

WHAT! HOW DARE YOU! Sorry I get very upset when people say mean stuff about KH...you are entitled to your opinion.

I think RPG's and survival horror make excellant game genres.
 
Please, just everyone explain, WHAT IS SO GOOD ABOUT KH!
The story was crappy, Donanld was ANNOYING, and Disney had too much say in what went in the game. The only good thing about it was Sephiroth.
Also, most the characters you get for levels, eg Tarzan, were crap and useless, apart from Jack Skellington, hes cool!
 
well rpgs, i mean zelda was probaly the best one but then youve got like shenmue (you can tell im a fan.lol)

but sometime ya gotta have you GTA now for me gta is like watching a really good gangsta flick not just snesless violence
 
I'm into most genres, depending on my mood. As Blue Dragon rightly said, sometimes there's little better than wasting time on a GTA (with cheats on: it's the only game which I'll use them on though, and I won't save it when I do. Is that the same for everyone else?)

My favourites are probably RPG's, 1st person shooters (Timesplitters, multiplayer! The joys!) and beat 'em ups (mainly DOA2 cos it's the only game I can beat Dark Sayian at :wink: ) My least favourite are sports and racing games (sports because excerise scares me and racing because I'm a hazard to the roads and they remind me of one too many driving tests...)
 
yet another fan of RPG's lol and WOOOOOOOOOO KINGDOM HEARTS!!!!!! its good! i admit a very small portion of the disneyness was quite anoying but it was verry little but Kingdom Hearts looks a lot cooler and darker.. IT HAS AURON! YAYNESS!! :D
 
Why does everyone one like these RPG's. All you do is train and must find the gold dabloon to give to the to the drunken bum where he give's you the Key of firewhich you use to unlock the door of ice where you fight the dark Knight.
