Warner Bros. Japan has released the first teaser trailer for Berserk Ōgon Jidai-Hen III: Kōrin (Berserk Golden Age Arc III: Descent), the last of the film trilogy.


Berserk Golden Age Arc III: Descent is the epic conclusion to Studio 4°C’s adaptation of Kentarō Miura’s original manga and it ends where the TV anime finished. In related news the first two Berserk movies will be screened at <a href="http://www.lovesanimation.com/">Scotland Loves Anime</a> (stay tuned to the <a href="http://forums.animeuknews.net/viewtopic.php?t=16257">thread</a> for more news on the event!).
Will we get more Berserk in the form of the Eclipse Arc? Only time will tell! For now we have the bloody conclusion of the Golden Age Arc to look forward to when the film will gets a theatrical release sometime in February 2013.

I think they should. Seems a shame to go to all the effort of retelling the series and just stop with the stuff that's already been done to some extent.
 
I think they should carry on with it, sure, but in the form of a TV series or something. Berserk has its high points (both in terms of quality and action) kind of contained into bursts a lot of the time, especially the further the series goes on, so I'm not sure it needs to be done as further movies.

I agree with the Berserk saga being continued in a TV series. Three films is enough and hopefully it sparks renewed interest in the series.
