The film is directed by Seiji Kishi (Humanity has Declined, Persona 4 The Animation, My Bride is a Mermaid. The script has been written by Makoto Uezu (Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka?) and Jun Kumagai who worked on the Persona anime as well as Humanity has Declined.
