Being inspired by Takamura Mamoru, Ippo begins taking up Boxing as a hobby and very swiftly becomes a part of the professional circuit. Makunouchi "Wind God" Ippo has some of the strongest punches in the featherweight class, deadly to any who don't block or dodge them.
Ginko from Mushi-shi
Ginko doesn't have any flashy super powers or special abilities (aside his ability to see Mushi) but he's always willing to help those in need, whatever way he can. And what he lacks in brawn, he makes up for in wit and his ability to approach any situation with a rational mind.
Revy from Black Lagoon
Sometimes referred by her original name Rebecca, and commonly known as "Two Hand" due to her skill with dual-wielding, Revy is the female protagonist of the series. She is the main gunfighter of the Lagoon Company.
