My vote goes to Akari - Only through the fact he's a martial artist.... Don't know anything else about any of them.

I'll vote for Barnaby.

Jormungand is still on my pile of things to watch and I'm not that likely to watch Terra Formars so I guess Barnaby kind of wins by default. He's not my favourite Tiger & Bunny character but he does have his moments.

Also, I think that makes it a tie (unless I miscounted), which is more fun.
