Any Artists amoung us?

My new art teacher (I love her to pieces!!) actually appreciates my anime work. My buddy also does loads of manga and she reckons we should make a manga together because we're 'both talented artists'. My last teacher said cartoons aren't a proper form of art :?
All the work I've seen from you peeps is really good! I really wish i knew how to scan, I wanna show y'all mine!
