"Ne'er-do-well police officers avenge insatiable teachers for the good of Japan." - It almost sounded like a proper anime, but I doubt it would be as dramatic as "For the good of Japan"... Another pay-rise complaint?

I wan't to do some more now Voddas has resurrected this. 
How about we try and write a short plot synopsis for any good ones we come across, make it a bit more interesting? Some random mangaka might even stumble across them and use our ideas!
Powerful bureaucrats transform into deadly schoolgirls to protect the ones they love:
"By day Eizo Akamatsu is head of the Japan Patent Office, but when one day his family are kidnapped by a rogue inventor to whom his department refused to grant a patent, he knows he must take action. Not trusting the police to solve the case (and knowing that the inventor has a lolicon fetish) by night he convincingly dresses up as a schoolgirl to try and seduce his way close to him. After suceeding in rescuing his family and killing the evil inventor, he realises there is still much to be put right in the world which the Patent Office cannot do, and resolves to continue to fight patent infringement by night as 15 year old Hana Funaki!"
