@Hanners Which shipping code are you using for your products for the US? There's a specific code, HS code 9903.01.31, that grants duties exceptions for media because they can be considered information materials. I bring it up due to the tariff situation and have heard that Blurays fall under this code.

Lime Wood Media, who ship for AL as well as blu-ray boutiques Indicator, Radiance, and Second Sight, are using HS tariff code 8523.49 (or 8523.49.40) which is going through just fine without incurring any fees. Playasia and CDJapan are also using this code to ship games, which are also going through without incurring any fees. They know what they are doing.

That code is for:
For reproducing representations of instructions, data, sound, and image, recorded in a machine readable binary form, and capable of being manipulated or providing interactivity to a user, by means of an automatic data processing machine; proprietary format recorded discs

I'm doing daily checks of stock - if something has sold out in our warehouse and we have more available centrally, I'm ordering more stock to replenish it and making it available on the shop again. If it stays out of stock for more than a couple of days that means it's gone, most likely.
 
@Hanners I made a mistake on my order I placed last night, I left one item off the order. I sent in a message about getting it added to the order after the fact. Hopefully someone sees my message and it is possible to do something like that before the order ships out to the US. Thank you!

I imagine that'll be replied to shortly if it hasn't been already, but just to flag that we can't add items to an order once it's already been placed.
 
Any chance they'll ship my Call of the Night, Dandadan and Perfect Blue with my Xmas order? I ordered them with Cyberpunk and Diebuster so I've had to wait patiently.

That would sure be great to have! I have to pay a €8 / £7 customs service fee for every package without IOSS, so that has made me order much less from you directly and more from stores that have IOSS.

Cyberpunk Edgerunners should be shipping soon (steelbooks are out in the wild from what I saw), while I expect Diebuster will follow not long after. So in other words, any of those should be shipped before Christmas if that helps.

For me, my Dandadan was tied up by Bleach Part 9 which isn't until 22nd, while Call of the Night was tied up by Cyberpunk. I also have Bleach Part 5 tied up by Million-Lives for months but that one may potentially ship this month if things go to plan (lol).
 
Thank you AL for returning Great Pretender in the first Flash Sale! I was sad last year when I missed out on it because it only ran for 2 hours while I was at work. I just ordered it and it's even £10 cheaper than last year! I also ordered everything else I planned to with the 10% discount: Dan Da Dan, Call of the Night, Arcane S2, GATE, Made in Abyss S2 and Fate/Grand Carnival. ☺️
