Yes, that's why we all suspected he was going to AL, just he's arrived in this thread and fielded a few questions, it seems like there should of been 'I'm now at AL post'
 
Tbh I think the communication regarding the move has been sufficient. there was a blog post on the anime limited website announcing him moving and Jeremy has posted on here asking for his company details to be changed under his avatar.

I have one very nice one to announce and am actually in Tokyo regarding a few others I'm hoping to slot in shortly. Very happy with how our acquisitions slate is shaping up for 2015 so far ;).

Yeah - we can't do much more than that plus letting Jeremy out into the wild with the fans to make folks aware we figured :)!

Also curious about this. While I love Place Promised, if the Shinkai set is still in the works/not too far off then I'd rather hold out and get all his works together if possible!
 
I own the US Bandai release of Royal Space Force on Blu-ray and DVD so I'll pass on the UK version...unless they do something really cool with it :$
 
I ordered 3 items on your website. 2 scheduled to come out yesterday (Giovanni's Island, Space Dandy) & 1 next month (Blood Lad).

The site says the money is taken out 1 week before release but the total was taken out for the entire order which I wasn't expecting. Is this normal or because I used a voucher?

Also will they be dispatched as soon as each is released or will they not be sent out till blood lad is released and the order can be completed?

I know I could email asking this but other forumites might like to know about the answers too.
 
It seems normal now. I think because before they used Paypal, and reauthorised when it was released we weren't charged immediately. Now they have their own checkout it seems you get charged straight away.

Afraid it's normal because the re-authorisation requirements are impossible for small business so if we have to re-request on Paypal it's doable but causes confusion and on card it's basically impossible sadly. So to avoid confusion or upset taking it on order makes more sense for all concerned now - doesn't impact on refund policies though at all :).

I'll ask our fulfilment folks about it but we used to when done in-office before January fulfil what was ready then do the last part when it came in. Depends on the release dates normally :).
