Anime Ideas

The other day when a fellow member asked me about what anime ideas I would come up with, I gave one but I would like to share some more:

"LET'S WORKOUT LIKE WE DID IN THE 80s!!"
Kasumi's mother used to be the face of the 80s fitness scene but since she passed, the interest waned and the need to have fun keeping fit disappeared. But when Kasumi discovers a dilapidated fitness centre, she decides to bring back the retro fitness craze for a new era, shiny leotards and all. From classic hydraulic rowing machines to aerobics, let's workout like we did in the 80s and have fun doing it!!

"SAKURA SAKENO: P.I."
In classic film noir tradition, Sakura Sakeno decides to take over her father's old private investigator business. From tailing a husband suspected of having an affair or locating a missing girl, Sakura may learn what happened to her father who disappared while investigating his last case.

"BUNNY'S STAR GIRLS"
Mina, Rika, Saya, Yui and Hana are five teen girls who fight crime outside normal police durisdiction using their own feminine wiles, talents and bunny girl outfits!! Can any male resist?

"IS THERE AN OFFICER IN THIS TOWN?"
After the entire police force goes on strike, the only hope left for the town's population is a novice group of neigbourhood watch who wouldn't know one end of a gun from the other. No training. No experience. No idea what they're doing. If they're very lucky, they might catch a criminal or two!!

I particularly like that last one! I'd quite like to see an anime a bit like Sex and the City myself, like a comedy drama romance about adult women and their sex and love lives, but I do have some other ideas as well :)

Have you ever read Tokyo Tarebaba Girls? Sounds quite similar to what you’re after even if it’s a manga. I think it’s 8 or 10 volumes total, I can’t remember but I have it on Book Walker from when it was on sale. I smashed it out super quick as it was so fun.
 
"LYRA'S ADVENTURE TO PROTECT HER LAND"
When her land is taken over by a powerful darkness of evil, young teen elf girl Lyra ventures out to locate a mystical power that will defeat it. Through forests and boggy, misty swamps, Lyra will do whatever it takes to save her land.
 
"SHE'S MY KIND OF SECRET AGENT!!"
Aya is the best secret agent in the business; smart, talented, sweet, lethal and deadly beautiful and not prone to getting some admirers within her agency. No one admires her more than shy Mina so when she gets partnered with Aya on her latest assignment, she'll have to keep her eyes, and mind, on the mission and that will be a mission unto itself!!

I like the police one especially (although all sound great!) The police one sounds fun and a huge scope for mishaps.

My synopsis would be for one where the main female protagonist wears sensible clothing and a sports bra so she doesn't wobble all over the place when running or fighting 😆

Nah seriously though I wrote a story for my kids, it started off with them in a kind of Indiana Jones type adventure story and then hit fantasy quite hard with unicorns, ogres and a visit to the netherworld, all to save the Emperor's cursed daughter.
I really should get round to editing it and getting it printed for them!
 
"WHY AM I LIVE ON THE SCENE?!"
Mimi Sawai is the new field reporter at ailing Channel 33 News and no matter the situation, she'll report the news with sincerity, determination and a sarcastic wit. She just might win the network some ratings and fans!

"WAIT!! I'M THE HERO??"
Rika Osawa is a shy 16-year old school girl whose escape from the bullies is her imagination where she's the hero. But what is she to do when she's pulled into a fantasy world and must become the hero she always imagines herself to be??
 
"LET'S MAKE A MOVIE!!"
Mira is a film school graduate and looks set to make her first movie; a fantasy tale inspired by the ones she loved as a child but getting studio support and backing will be a struggle. But with sheer determination and passion, she knows she will succeed!!

"GO AHEAD, DRAW!!!"
Miki has always loved western movies so when she's mysteriously pulled into a western world overrun by bandits, she sets out to protect the town utilising every cliche in the book!!

"LET ME FIND YOUR FOREVER HOME"
Sakura is the new employee at Forever Home Real Estate and is determined to help customers find their forever home, no matter how difficult they might be.

Aki is an aspiring author suffering from writer's block while working on her first story; a fantasy tale involving a princess kicked out of her kingdom. Help comes from none other than the characters she's writing but how can she write a great story when they won't do as they're told??

I thought this one up earlier and I couldn't help but laugh on how funny it could end up being. A woman who wants to be the West's most wanted chooses to rob a wagon, for example, but ends up discovering she just robbed the robbers.

"I WANT TO BE THE NEXT MOST WANTED OUTLAW"
Risa dreams of seeing herself on the WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE poster by being the leanest, meanest, biggest, badass b**ch in the West. But how can she when every crime she commits, she's actually being the hero? And when a group of outcasts and hooligans start terrorising the locals, she'll have to prove how lean, mean and badass she can really be!!

I love this! It would be hilarious, I love the outlaw one too, what a great idea!

Niya is a sweet and innocent young elf slave in the services of the Bowen family, who usually finds herself the target of abuse, but finds comfort in the kind young maid Sara. But when she is left badly bruised due to a simple accident, Sara whisks the two of them away for a better life.

"LET ME SEE YOU SMILE"
Miki and Yui are completely different, but very similar, teenage girls. Where Miki was born into a wealthy family, Yui was born into a simple life. Miki is isolated who has no real friends and Yui is shy who has no friends at all. What they both share is a passion and love of books. And as their friendship grows, they both start to feel an even greater love.

"I'M THE CEO OF A STRIP CLUB??!!"
Fuyumi always knew her father was the owner of a successful store but she didn't know what. So when she finds out he's made her CEO of a popular strip club in his will, she's naturally shocked. Even more shocking is when she needs to find new girls to dance, many whom are unsure of being a stripper!! But no matter what, she's determined to honour her father's wishes and make the club the best in town!

"LISTEN TO YOUR CONSCIENCE!! NO, ME!!"
Reiko has never been able to make decisions on anything, always simply agreeing to whatever someone suggests. But when she finds an angel and a foul mouthed devil on her shoulders, decision making will become anything but normal!!

"AN ELF IN A STRANGE WORLD"
With her family dead and trying to escape bandits, kind young elf Niya finds herself in our world after falling through a mysterious portal. With no way of getting back home, and being taken in by a kind young business woman, she'll need to find her place in this world where she is the only one of her kind in it.
 
"PLIGHT OF THE GHOST GIRL"
Yuri is 10 years old. White skin. Long Black hair. Jet black eyes. She is a dead girl walking. Literally. When she meets Kira, a kind investigative journalist struggling to make it who has seen death on far too many occasions, the two slowly unravel Yuri's death and discover a more disturbing truth.
 
"SEARCH FOR THE 5 HOLY GRAILS!!"
Hakuho is the world's greatest archaeologist! Or rather she would be if she were qualified, experienced and financed. But after she finds evidence of a lost civilisation containing the five holy grails of female pleasure, Hakuho sets off with her emotionless female assistant to find them. But they'll have to fend off rival organisations, especially from France, to ensure they get to them first!!
