Okay, so it seems it was difficult (or no-one's playing this game any more).

Clue: She appears in only one film of a long running franchise, but is a major character in that film.

Clue: The franchise has seen renewed interest recently, including from several posters on this forum.
 
Well it's Ole/Oleander from Dead or Alive. She does impersonate Emerah at one point, though she isn't doing so here and they're not actually the same character. That'll have to do I suppose. Your go.

I apologise, I got the name from the English cast list on ANN and I thought it was the first name and surname of that character, but now realise it was 2 different character names. :oops:


Next up...
 
Regrettably I haven't seen it but that character design can only be Sae from AKB0048.
