Anime and Manga Storm Names

Something that came up in the staff forums. I mentioned that I had an issue with Storm Arwen, which was in my head I kept accidentally thinking "Storm Armin".

Can anyone else think of fitting anime characters to give storm names to? As a rule, the Met Office does not give storms names beginning with the letters Q, U, X, Y or Z, but if anyone wants to suggest names with those letters, feel free to do so.

Typed it into MAL wondering if there had ever been a Barbie anime as there aren't many Japanese names beginning with B, but found this character from Shadows House instead:
