I do remember one case (in American again..) a woman burnt her mouth on hot coffee in McDonalds and sued them because there was no warning it would be hot... I think Americans lack common sense, like, check the if the cups hot before drinking, or just assuming coffee would be hot..

If you'll read the entire story, the dry cleaners practically recieved a full body cavity search with an ice cream scoop.
