That guys an idiot. It shows what America has become, a place where everybody and anybody gets sued for the smallest thing. That man is just greedy, at most they should just pay for a new pair of trousers
 
I guess what my friend said was correct; take off all the warning labels in America and 90% of the country's population will end up killing themselves one way or another.
