ADV are the reason I first saw Evangelion and the reason I'm as into anime as I am. I'll be there to salute their ship as it goes down.

They've recently moved it to the Dons Stadium. It'll be accessible via a free bus from the shopping centre to my knowledge. I'm gonna do Expo Saturday and Collectormania Sunday.

Still on the fence about going, but I'm fairly sure I'll be down there. Another convention is on in Milton Keynes this weekend called Collectormania which is worth a trip to if anyone is coming down to London for Expo and doesn't fancy a second day of anime chaos.

This made me grin. I think it captures the feel of the series nicely and it's great they're making the effort to dub the openings now. 8/10 Funi. 8/10.

The Expo is five halls this year, which is pretty massive. I don't think it's been more than four before, but I could be wrong. I can't remember where I read it was five, so don't be surprised if you show up on the day and all there is on offer is a turned over dustbin with a few Naruto...

Ritsuko and Gendo were two of the better performers in the original dub, in my opinion. I'll give this a try dubbed of course, but there's always subtitles if it's unbearable thank God.

Always a great event, but always really busy. Get there early and bring plenty of cash, since the machines usually have massive lines and run out of money very easily. See you guys down there.
