Now that would be good. It'ld probably only apply to certain VC games because of technical limitations, but considering most VC games could be run on DS that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Doubt they'll do it though.

I just looked through the consultation paper, and I couldn't see anything that would have a big effect on the Anime industry. It mentioned the risk of things that weren't porn getting in trouble under this law, so I'm pretty sure they'll take that into account when they make it. In other words...
