Mine is showing as fulfilled too, although my emails tend to come late morning the day after shipment. IE: I received an email for Hyouka at 10Am and it arrived at 11.

I would love to buy the AL set of Utena. One of my top 5 shows of all time, and already own 2/5 of them in AL editions.) I completely understand the rights issue, but can't pick it up without the film when the US edition will have it. So I'll stick to my import copy. So pleased to see this...

Cool! I never got around to importing Bloodlust from the US, just the first film. Will be picking up AL's version now.

Andrew, any hope with Lodoss? I've placed a pre-order for the US release for now. It's been a long time since I've bought an import. With Record of Grancrest War (by the same author) getting an anime, I hope AL grabs this too. I imagine it's a while away and presume it will be through AoA...
