You're going to have to start a claim for it. I never recieved a refund, and ended up having to contact paypal. Now just waiting to hear off planet axel. They've got until end of tomorrow to reply to the claim and then paypal will start whatever it needs to do to get me a refund.

That seems like a really poor excuse to me and I'd much rather it be delayed a month than miss part of a episode, even if it isnt related to the story.

Great, Ive just spent like £200 at Planetaxel. But yep i be ordering Digimon too. Ive got all the episodes on Data Disc but being recorded off the telly means not great. But yeah other ways looking to replace things like that with the real deal.
