    I've been collecting the JP BDs for a while as they come with bonus CDs and extras we don't get over here. Shame Bamco have stopped doing English subs with their more recent releases though. Niji OVA and Yohane are both native JP only.

    I think the main problem is that the order dispatch emails are effectively worthless as they don't include any information. They need to update their systems so their order dispatch email is properly templated with what is being sent.

    All of the former Manga UK staff were made redundant and Crunchyroll UK became a skeleton team, but I think even they've gone now. Their UK PR and marketing seem to be handled by a 3rd party company now, while the company itself is ran from the US.
