Well, er... I'm going to be mildly controversial and say that I actually liked it. I mean, I hated Light for all the stuff he did, but DN has one of the most kick-ass anime endings I have ever seen. It's not often that anyone cosplays a character that they hate, but that ending was so epic...

Aha, I didn't even know there will be Spice and Wolf novels, but since I'm loving the anime, I will check 'em out. I also rather like the Yen Plus mag, esp. the fact that they also include Korean manwha which gets terribly marginalised. But I do tend to buy it when they have a Nabari no Ou cover.

@Rui - I watched the J-drama version of 'Tramps Like Us' and it was surprisingly good. But ever since the manga series largely gets lumped under the Josei label, it often gets overlooked. Which is a shame really as it deals with a lot of the issues that career women face. But I am so glad...
