Aw.. thanks for the information. Time to learn French I guess^^Unlikely sadly - those shows have a long and successfully history in France, whereas they're practically unknown in the UK. Add in BBFC costs and it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense at this point in time.
This can be a tricky thing because it's a relatively recent trend. For the longest time it used to be that your ticket or pass granted you access to effectively everything bar separate ticketed adjacent events (case in point, way back when AL rented out a nearby small cinema to offer the MCM Loves Anime film fest). But now a lot of stuff is locked behind specific tickets and if you haven't bought them it's a no go. Case in point last year they had David Tennant and despite being told a press pass would get me in if I arrived early enough, I was quite forcefully booted.@Hanners The Sparks of Tomorrow event isn't on the MCM website despite reservations for panels going live tomorrow, will there be a way to reserve my spot there soon or is it whoever can get in first on the day? (Unless I got something wrong, I'm new to cons)

The UK has its own booklet - a few people ended up with units where the French booklet was incorrectly packaged into UK units by the manufacturer. We've already resolved this for everyone who has contacted us, so if folks haven't reached out yet then please drop a line to customer support as per usual!
Lately AL's customer service hasn't been the best so I hope this will be resolved quickly for the rest of us as well.
@Hanners it has been a week since I contacted Anime Limited's customer service about the incorrect booklet I received with my copy of the Love Live! Superstar!! Season 3 Collector's Edition and I included pictures of the French booklet to prove that it's indeed in French instead of English but Anime Limited's customer service has not replied back to me. What should I do?I contacted AL's customer service yesterday about the incorrect booklet and asked if I could get see a replacement (didn't get a reply yet nor did I expect to get one immediately, I understand that it usually takes 2-3 days to get back and I am fine with that). I hope that this time this replacement thing goes smoothly cause last time AL's customer service never replied back to me.

Crunchyroll and MVM stock from the sale period is still incoming - there are a few items that we've needed to order additional stock in of (RE:Zero Season 2, Durarara and Cardcaptor Sakura notably), but there shouldn't be anything holding up any orders beyond that so reach out to our usual customer service channel so we can check on things otherwise!

It’s the only one missing from your catalogue and MVM’s Blus are long OOP so would be nice to see them get a new release.
Is the UK set of Violet Evergarden tv sold out? Seems to me AL'd make more as it seems to be a pretty good seller. Funny thing is the LE set of the movie is still for sale.
AL told in an e-mail that they have had technical issue where e-mails sent to outlook.com and hotmail.com addresses have not been received.
