UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

I was watching my copy of Yohane the Parhelion earlier, and (all) the shorts are missing subtitles (English or French), similar to the reports in the defective discs thread.
@Hanners is there a fixed disc for this (I presume as it’s not exactly a minor mistake) - who do I email / ask / send for the replacement? Thanks in advance!

There's no replacement discs for this one I'm afraid.

The French customers will presumably be in the same boat?
As there’s no French subtitles either (it seems to be a multi-language disc requiring selection before the main menu loads). Added to the UK release, that’s likely quite a lot impacted.

Or is there a fixed version over the channel? Just wondering if it fixes both the English and French portions?
 
A quick update on Perfect Blue 4K Deluxe Edition stock for folks - the stock we needed arrived today and has been checked in at the warehouse, so shipments for people still waiting on an order for this should be shipping out over the next few days.
