Not sure how permanent it'll be, but Ghost in the Shell is free on YouTube movies and TV at the moment:

GitS 2.0 (hadn't seen it before, my god the CG was terrible. Turned it off after 10 minutes!) was free recently, but I couldn't find it just now, suggesting this maybe temporary.

With the launch of HBO MAX today I can confirm they have 3 anime titles available for streaming, FLCL Progressive, FLCL Alternative and Rick and Morty The Anime.

I was surprised to see there was no sign of Suicide Squad Isekai as well. FLCLs header image is also bad as it's for Shoegaze but neither that season or Grunge are available.

Overall it appears to be a poor offering with a lot of films being accessible with an additional fee that don't require an extra payment on the US side.
