I was personally away all last week, so more than likely the manager just simply forgot to send a message and explain. I replied to your email message as stated yesterday and am still waiting for the dispute to be cancelled so a partial refund can be applied accordingly.

We ship as and when stock is in, unless requested to ship all items together.

Yes annoyingly it was to do with the art colouring, it wasn't the usual format and for some reason it caused the L to be missed. We'll be looking into getting remaining stock not shipped fixed.

As a fellow Hosoda fan I too am looking forward to this. Was surprised to see it show up for initial release in Jan, considering the US release date isn't until April.

Yes we apologise for the issues. Our main concern that we're trying to work out is the emails. You'd think upgrading would be better not worse -_-

As it had been well over a year since listing and with no word of it actually getting released we had decided to cancel and refund the few orders we had and delist it until it (if) gets a new release date.

We're aware of the email issue and in the process of fixing.

Unfortunately as it took forever with getting nowhere and our license for the movie box set has now expired, we've no plans to re-license.

All being well, the site will be updated overnight Tuesday, so hopefully card payments will be available Wednesday.

They announced new titles today which are now up for pre-order with Solo Leveling Season 2, Haikyu Season 2 and Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time Season 1.
