I think we were actually offered Redo of Healer at one point but declined due to the content involved.

Would be too long to go into details, plus this was a year ago so...But pretty much every episode would have involved lengthy cuts, entire scenes removed etc.

It basically would have cost far more to get all the cuts made, which would have then made some scenes/story look out of place to make you think "am I missing something etc", then to get the discs remastered, re-approved and resubmitted. It would have been a very costly headache to sort out so...

Yes, unfortunately Sentai had always released standard editions first, THEN a CE months after which never made sense. Luckily for the most part with licenses we've managed to do the CE first, but Dungeon S4 and Made in Abyss S2 were rare occurrences of having to release the standard first...

I was personally away all last week, so more than likely the manager just simply forgot to send a message and explain. I replied to your email message as stated yesterday and am still waiting for the dispute to be cancelled so a partial refund can be applied accordingly.

We ship as and when stock is in, unless requested to ship all items together.
