The first three discs of the Tokyopop DVD version of the Initial D TV series (Madman disc masters) was released as a combo pack in the UK by VDI Entertainment in 2008. They solicited a second combo pack, but it never made it to UK retail.

Got it for £20 from Zavvi in 2024. Still haven't watched it. Although I did finally get a UHD player a week or so ago.
