I think the first order I placed at AoL back in the day, I actually phoned them up, and verbally gave them my card details and address. I don't know if they still do that, but the phone number is prominent on their site. Might be another option.

Can confirm that the Blu-ray version of Perfect Blue in the 4k release is the same disc as last time, not as I hoped a new transfer cut from the 4k master.
