I imported the Region 1 DVD years ago, probably from Right Stuf. Looking on Amazon US, there is still one copy listed, but the Blu-ray seems to be a lot harder to find there. Either way it's not cheap.

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 has turned up for my first rewatch. It's even harder to watch knowing what's coming. The TV equivalent of Grave of the Fireflies.

My latest purchase is really digging into nostalgia. I watched this show as a kid, the UK's answer to Charlie Brown. I can't believe it's got a Blu-ray release.

Just to mention, it seems Anime Limited haven't yet restored the original pricing to their MVM Standard Editions from the XMas sale price at this time.

Three days later... Most of my Rarewaves order shows up, five out of seven items. I expect that they split the order, but just to be sure, I e-mailed customer service to check. The human or AI bot replied in seven minutes.

Was there something else in your order that gets released later. In that case you'll only get one e-mail when the final item in your order dispatches.

If anyone had been placing bets... Anime Limited won. Two boxes of 20 items just showed up. I'm okay with Rarewaves. I've only had one issue with them, and customer service sorted it sharpish. But I'll be expecting their delivery in ten days or so. I'm used to them being slow.

So today, Rarewaves posted out my Crunchyroll sale order. It's a race now!

Just click on anime and sort by price lowest to highest, and the cheap stuff shall flow. I spent £50 earlier today on Plunderer Parts 1 and 2, No Guns Life S1 and S2, ID Invaded, Kemono Jihen, and My Home Hero at Rarewaves.

From 3D CG which I avoided on principle, to retro manga faithful visuals. It looks like the kind of show that will have goofy comic relief between action scenes.

It's usually the other way around... Place multiple item orders, and depending on stock and if there's preorders, I usually get items without notice until the final item in the order is shipped, which is when I get the dispatch e-mail. Maybe the steelbooks were packed individually for...

Ordered one lot of BOGOFs, 12 items, and one lot of Collector’s editions and misc, 8 items on the 2nd. Still waiting for both orders. Ordered one CE that came back into stock on the 3rd, which was delivered on the 12th.

Resurrecting this thread. Last couple of days, the site has been hanging for several seconds before delivering a page, and I've had more than a few 502 Bad Gateway errors. Not sharing a server with Anime on Line are we?
