UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

how fast has the shipping been this sale?
I'm in one place for the next two weeks but will be elsewhere after that ...
It’s random. Seems there’s no FIFO organisation, despite averaging less than 100 orders per day.

I’m still waiting for them to notice an order placed on the 7th, so over a week (and counting) to dispatch, plus a few days delivery…

At the other extreme; a single (flash sale) item got posted out same day…

At least Season 3 is fine (other than the French booklet being used for the UK release).

The UK has its own booklet - a few people ended up with units where the French booklet was incorrectly packaged into UK units by the manufacturer. We've already resolved this for everyone who has contacted us, so if folks haven't reached out yet then please drop a line to customer support as per usual!

Lately AL's customer service hasn't been the best so I hope this will be resolved quickly for the rest of us as well.

Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal are unexpected but welcome additions, and it’s good to see Shippuden’s volumes chugging along at a pace, plus Undead Unluck I’ll get both parts of down the line.

I’ll also best assume that InuYasha Season 3 onwards will be unveiled later this year, and just stop looking for them in these newswires moving forward (and stop bringing it up in general until news surfaces!)

Certainly still a little way off currently - we've had some hold-ups getting everything ship-shape with the materials we needed - but it is one that we're super keen to get out into the world as soon as we can, as we know people have been waiting a fair while,

I’ve not been paying attention for a while tbh but is that right for DVDs nowadays?

£40 SRP with an early bird price of £18 for the Miku movie seems very high?

Good spot, the SRP is incorrect there which skewed everything.
