UK Anime Christmas Sales for 2025 [Anime Ltd's 12 Days of Xmas + More]

I really hope they fulfill the order before we hit 3 months...

I'm still waiting on a large order from December 4th. One of the titles I ordered was in stock until a week or two ago, either that title being out of stock is blocking shipment or it's just plain incompetence as we're approaching 3 months now.

I did also order both film mystery boxes, maybe one of those is the problem. 🤷‍♂️
I got my order on Friday and I ordered all the mystery boxes. Got 'em all, including the film ones. So, probably not that.

I ordered all the mystery boxes, but yeah - if it reaches March 1st that'll be something. I've let it stress me out no end recently. Which is probably something I need to work on but I'm praying I reach the finish line or most of it at least before March.
 
Unfortunalty the banner warning at the top of the AllTheAnime home page isn't as obvious as it could/should be, it very easy to miss, and then links into blog post which is pretty old says "10th of December" which may then lead to further confusion of I would assume 2 months old and the though of "they must have forgotten to take it down".

Unfortunatly they don't work the weekends, so you might not hear back until at best the Monday, but not sure when you sent off these messages.

If you've tried the contact form (I think you are surposed to get an automated response/receipt of message if it worked) then try email. But sounds like you've done both of those already.

I can only really think to suggest trying a differnt email, its possible its going into an email filter (personally I would just copy previous message and add a NOTE along the line of possible duplicate message so trying a differnt email and used this email (insert previous email used) for previous message, but not sure messages getting through).
Also if you have emailed them check your Junk/spam folder just incase your email is sending it to spam. (It sound like your essentially an international user, so foriegn emails may get flagged easier)

But I haven't personally contacted them recently/ during the christmas and extended period so I do not know there response time. Other user might have a better idea of what the average email response time is though.

You just need to make sure you receive an automated response back, and you stated - that's usually confirmation they've received something.
 
The crazy thing is last year it was fine. idk what on earth happened this year? almost the end of today’s working day and have heard nothing from them. my hairline recedes everyday
 
i feel bad for the reps as im sure they've received nothing but an onslaught of emails and probably not in the nicest tones either as some people take it too far but god damn bro last time i checked my phone every other hour like this i was hung up on some girl when i was 14 years old after i asked her out for prom the stress is eating me alive just save me and send my parcels already dawg or just hire me for the day ill come down and help 😭😭😭
 
I'm still experiencing the trials and tribulations of the Crunchyroll Christmas sale.

I made an order (a figure) on 19/12.

There was still no progress by 13/1, so I contacted them through the form on their site.

Within an hour, they refunded me and said the figure wasn't in stock after all (it was still listed on the site though).

A few days later, it was removed from the site.

Some time after that, it was relisted on the site - so I ordered it again on 5/2/26 (a bit cheaper than the Christmas sale).

I just looked and it's been removed from the site again - I'm sure I won't be receiving it, so I've contacted them again!
 
Sorry to hear that.

Tbh, I don't want a refund at all. Just what was paid for. I was there for the very first day of the sale, I was there for the midnight drop, was there the day after. Being treated this way and not even hearing a peep today whatsoever, is just shocking to say the least.

They planned on some big releases, e. g. Arcane S2 & Cyberpunk Edgerunners, to ship ahead of the sale - but those products ended up delayed. After that of course the usual (& justified) Xmas break...

I guess they are in their final stretch of sending out sale orders
 
I'm glad I decided to cancel the UK Perfect Blue CE set from the AtA order I placed in October with the Diebuster CE and a few other in-stock CE sets - I had AL remove it from my order just a day or two before the news hit about Amazon hogging all the PB copies, since the price of the US version at that time dropped to only $15 more than the AL Early Bird price for PB. I decided for a few dollars more it would be worth ordering the US copy for my local Region A instead. Otherwise, I would still be waiting on Perfect Blue, Diebuster and the thee other in-stock CE sets that were my order. I received my Diebuster order without PB on 12 January - the last UK order from 2025 I had been waiting for.

I wish they were in the final stretch because I still have a ton of orders outstanding. I'm really hoping they get sent out this week otherwise I will genuinely be gobsmacked. Not even all orders, just SOME at this point would be a huge relief.

Well, the Perfect Blue Collector's Edition was just going off its Early Bird pricing the same day that the Diebuster CE was starting its EB pricing, and they were available for a few hours with EB pricing on both, so I quick snagged them together in the same order. I also added three other titles - Komada Whiskey, Eureka Seven Hi-E #3, and Blue Thermal Collector's Editions, just to split up the £25 international Shipping cost to the US between them. The UK Perfect Blue CE was only US$45 compared to the identical US version at $90, but then the pricing dropped to $60 at one US retailer so I decided to purchase the Region A copy at that price - and I received it the day before Christmas.

In this case:
  • use your credit card for purchase (so you'll only get charged once they prepare it for shipping)
  • stop contacting them

You'll get cancellations if you contact them and the staff doesn't have a restock date. However if you wait patiently there is a non-Zero chance that it will arrive at their warehouse and they'll just ship it.
Doesn't always work & once I had to wait 8 months. Still...
Just be patient and don't pay upfront via Paypal.
(And if you happen to find a good offer elsewhere, you can still cancel)
