I searched a bit and could not find anything, and it's not on @NormanicGrav's list of licensed but not yet scheduled titles here: UK Anime Home Video Schedule

In the US, it's licensed by Sentai and streamed on Hidive, so it isn't one they got from Crunchyroll, so I would think it would have to be with either AL or MVM. You probably noticed it does say home video under "Use" in the BBFC listing so it should indeed be coming from someone and isn't just rated for streaming.

I watched this and think I liked it but I don't remember all of it well as it was some time ago. I'll probably get it though.
