I find myself binging anime until around 2:00-2:30 atm, not doing myself any favours but I get through my backlog that bit quicker.

I always get excited when I day off the next day or weekend like yes staying up late... Always Fall asleep at 1... When I do stay passed 2 I can't stay passed midnight the next day.

Sometimes I'll turn off to try and sleep at 00:30 ish, and I'll still be up at 1-3am so I can't win really. First world problems indeed...

Got lucky with only one 9am start but it was 9-5pm a full day and 2nd year on a Friday so if staying up late all week took it's toll. Though next week I'd do the same haha rinse and repeat.

I'm actually not sure about that one myself. It was someone on here recently that suggested Hideaki Anno was a bit xenophobic or something. I wasn't aware of that.

Apparently, the BD releases of the new Eva films in Japan have behind-the-scenes stuff in the extras that's not available anywhere else, though. Not sure what the point of that's supposed to be.
