100% correct. For UK and EU PS3 games, there are two versions of the latter case type. Probably the majority of the games come in the same case as used elsewhere in the world... -

Nope that's just how it comes, plus Playstation 3 ones have the Blu-ray symbol on the other side and have Playstation 3 written on them too.
